How To Verify Your Marketiva Account.

Before you can use all facilities in Marketiva, you are required to verify your account by submitting your ID Card and other supporting documents. Click on the link below:

First Login to your account using your username and password, and for the shortcut you can simply click the link above, or you can follow the procedure below:

After Login, click on the "Account Center" tab, then click on "Services" tab, then click "Identify Yourself" tab, then will appear the following fields:

	Upload Identification Images: Please scan your picture identification (a passport or driver's license) and address confirmation (phone bill or a utility bill) documents and upload them in JPEG format. Single image file size must not exceed 100 kilobytes.

Click on the Browse button to enter your identity file, you must have prepared the scanned image file of your identity card that displaying your face photograph, you can use Passport, driver's license or ID card to put on the "Picture Identification Image" field,  Also prepare the scanned document that contain the address of your residence that same as the address in your Identity Card, you can use your Telephone Bill , Electricity Bill, Cellular-phone Bill, or anything that lists your address to put on the "Address Confirmation Image" field,

All files must not more than 100 kilobytes, the images must be in color or grayscale JPG files, not the Monochrome.

Then click the Upload button to send the files to the Marketiva, if you fail to send the files even they are not more than 100 Kb,  that means the Marketiva servers are busy, please try again in the hours that is estimated is not busy, also should not send files on Saturday and Sunday because it usually often fails to sent.

If your files successfully sent the following page will appear.
